Onshore Fire Team Members, including Confined Space Entrant or Attendant, must have the right knowledge & skills so that they can respond to fires that occur safely & effectively.

Onshore Fire Team Members, including Confined Space Entrant or Attendant, must have the knowledge of:
- Fire Science
- Fundamental Theory of Fire (fire stream & more)
- Personal protective equipment, Self Contained Breathing Apparatus / #SCBA & others
- Fire fighting equipment (hose, foam, water, portable & more)
- Strategies for working as a Fire Team (member & leader)
- Strategies to extinguish fires
- Techniques to handle the victims




Onshore Fire Team Members, including Confined Space Entrant or Attendant, must have the ability to:
- Use personal #protective equipment
- Use #fire fighting equipment
- Extinguish Class A, B & C fires in various places, including in Confined Space
- Extinguish fires in XMAS trees, leaking flanges, #hydrocarbon tanks & more
- Restore the condition of the victims
