The companies must be able to carry out the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Program well by doing the following:
- Monitoring, maintaining & implementing employee welfare
- Caring for the health of its employees, one of which is to keep employees from being exposed to the effects of chemicals
- Protecting employees from risks that will occur when the company operates
- Identifying, preventing & minimizing the hazards, risks & incidents
- Reporting the hazards, risks & incidents that occur to the right party
- Keeping garbage & waste from the company from disturbing the environment
- Protecting employees from external disturbances (theft, riots & more)
- Maintaining good relations with the surrounding community by conducting recruitment, training & others
- Running a two-way & open communication process
