- Prepare to enter the incident area
- Enter the incident area & work safely
- Control the personnel rescue
- Control the fire fighting operations
- Control the non-firefighting operations
HLO can also prevent fires in Helicopters & Helidecks by handling the refueling process. Some of the things that HLO does are:
