Do Not Do These In Confined Space

Confined Spaces look like safe places, but the fact is that Confined Spaces are dangerous places!

If you must work in a Confined Space and must enter a Confined Space, you must do so safely. The best action to do safe work in Confined Spaces is to not make mistakes. Some things not to do in Confined Spaces:

- Do not enter Confined Spaces without taking training to work in Confined Spaces properly
- Do not enter Confined Spaces without knowing Confined Spaces
- Do not enter Confined Spaces without having the ability to work in Confined Spaces safely!!!
- Do not enter Confined Spaces unprepared, without a Permit To Work, and without appropriate safety measures
- Do not enter Confined Spaces that have not been tested for various dangers that could occur: Lack of oxygen, presence of toxic smoke and gases, presence of damage, and others.
- Do not enter Confined Spaces without using proper PPE: Helmet, Gas Detector, Breathing Apparatus, and others
- Don't enter Confined Spaces alone!!! Enter the Confined Spaces with co-workers and Safety Personnel.
- Do not enter Confined Spaces without a Supervisor and Safety/Security Team who are tasked to accompany, supervise, and monitor from outside the Confined Space and be ready to be called to help if an emergency occurs
- Do not enter Confined Spaces using equipment that is inappropriate, unauthorized, and unapproved for use in Confined Spaces
- Do not enter the Confined Spaces without communicating well with officers outside the Confined Spaces, especially making special communications when an emergency occurs

Work in Confined Spaces safely!
