- Comply with Safety Instructions and Emergency Procedures
- Comply with regulations and instructions from Crew and Safety Officers
- Use PPE, safety equipment, life jackets and others
- Don't swim alone in the sea!!!
- Be aware of waves and weather
- Do not carry dangerous items: Fireworks, weapons, illegal substances and others
- Do not damage Safety Equipment: Rafts, Fire Extinguishers, etc
- Do not interfere with traffic at sea which may interfere with the ability of other ships and crew to navigate safely
- Don't throw rubbish into the sea and disturb marine wildlife
If you are not sure about the Safety Regulations at sea that you must comply with, you should take the appropriate training.

Helicopter
Escaping from a crashing or sinking helicopter is a very dangerous situation. Some actions to take to increase your chances of survival when an accident occurs in a helicopter:
- Use PPE and EBS (Emergency Breathing System) when hearing warnings from the Pilot, Crew, and Safety Officer, and when you feel that the helicopter is going to crash
- Lean forward, place your elbows on your knees, place your head on your thighs, and hold the back of your head to protect your head and spine
- When the helicopter has crashed or is already underwater, remove the safety harness and seat belt, and exit the helicopter through the nearest emergency exit or emergency window
- For security and safety, ensure that PPE and EBS are still used during the escape process
- Beware of sharp and dangerous objects during the escape process
- Stay away from the helicopter after being outside the helicopter, especially if the helicopter experiences damage, fire or explosion
- If the helicopter is underwater, find the surface of the water using your hands
- When you are in a safe position and location, check your body for wounds and injuries
Stay safe by paying attention to safety and security at the helicopter!
