- Prioritize tasks and tactics

- Carry out good and clear communication

- Handle emergency

- Rescue the victims

- Extinguish the fire

- Conduct the Safety Process through First Aid

- Carry out the Evacuation Process

- Control situations, conditions, personnel, facilities, and equipment

- Provide necessary information, assistance and support

- Handle stress and trauma

- Make an Emergency Report
