- Monitoring & controlling resources
- Evaluating progress & communicating changes in plans & priorities
- Delegating authority effectively
- Managing individuals & teams
- Recognizing & dealing with #stress in self & others
- Carrying out planned tasks when an emergency occurs
- Taking appropriate action when extreme #weather occurs
- Assisting the Emergency #Management Team (EMT) in an #emergency
- Dealing with victims, injured personnel, stressed personnel & missing personnel
- Maintaining & providing #evacuation places, gathering points & temporary shelters
- Keeping important facilities from being lost
