As the Offshore Emergency Response Team need to work effectively, they must have the knowledge of the following:

- Breathing apparatus

- Closed #container

- Confined Space

- #Fire extinguishers (hoses, water & more)

- #Detection system

- Gas characteristics

- Hazardous substances

- Chemical material

- Pressure vessel

The Offshore #Emergency Response Teams must have the ability to:

- Use breathing apparatus

- Handle Confined Space

- Handle #chemical incidents

- Perform #decontamination

- Extinguish Class A, B & C fires with hose, water, foam & more

- Handle the victims

- Stabilize the situation after incidents, accidents & emergencies occur

- Cool & isolate locations
