They must demonstrate & prove that they have understood the various risks, #incident & #accident that may occur & can take appropriate action to prevent them & deal with them. - Techniques to do the job safely
Companies, employers & personnel who issue "Permit to Work" must do the following:
- Complying with applicable regulations regarding hazardous work, risks that can occur & permits
- Understanding their duties & obligations under the law
- Assessing specific job requirements & tasks to be performed
- Analyzing the safety of the work to be carried out
- Checking the safety of employees
- Ensuring that "Permit To Work" is given at the right time
- Having certainty that employees who perform hazardous work have the ability to work safely
- Completing "Permit To Work" correctly
- Taking action against parties who have violated the regulations
- Reporting the violation to the relevant parties
- Storing all data & information about "#Permit To Work", including its documentations, records & reports
