Emergencies at sea can include a variety of critical situations:

Safety Procedures to be conducted:
- Wear a life jacket: Make sure the life jacket is securely attached to the body so that the user remains afloat even if not conscious
- Leave ship if necessary: If the ship sinks & if a fire breaks out on the ship
- Use life raft & lifeboat
- Stay with the group
- Avoid entering water due to danger at sea unless necessary
- Focus on survival until rescue
Survival tips:
- Self-protect from sun, wind & rain
- Keep warm by crossing your arms or staying close to the group
- Avoid unnecessary swimming to prevent exhaustion
- Prioritize drinking water to overcome dehydration
