Offshore Oil & Gas Platforms are high-risk environments & far from shore.

Some incidents & emergencies that often occur on Oil & Gas Platforms:
- Fire
- Explosion
- Gas leaks
- Oil spills
- Medical emergencies
- Equipment failure
- Ship & Helicopter collisions
- Bad & extreme weather

Offshore Emergency Management is the most important thing to:
- Save lives
- Protect the environment
- Protect assets

Offshore Emergency Management is a guideline for doing the following:
- Identify potential hazards & risks
- Create & implement Emergency Procedures & Rescue Procedures
- Establish Evacuation Process: Escape routes, assembly points
- Use PPE, Lifeboats, Life Jackets, Rescue Boats, Helicopters
- Use Communication & Radio Equipment to coordinate with personnel, emergency services, Rescue Teams, Firefighters, Coast Guard, Offshore Medical Teams
- Use high-tech tools to assist Security, Safety & Rescue Procedures: Drones, AI, Sensors
- Provide proper & routine training to Offshore Workers & Offshore Emergency Response Team so they can handle incidents effectively, escape from danger zones & save themselves & others
