Confined Space, Hazard, Risk And Safety Procedures

Confined Space, Hazard, Risk And Safety Procedures

All industries have Confined Space in the form of:
- Petroleum storage tanks
- Spare pits
- Mud pits
- Waste storage areas
- Underground areas

Safety in Confined Spaces is an important issue because Confined Spaces have hazards & risks. Understanding the hazards & risks in Confined Spaces is very important so that safety can always be pursued. Confined Space Safety Procedures are the right & necessary actions to deal with these hazards & risks!

Some Safety Procedures that can be done in Confined Spaces in all industries:

- Workers & Supervisors working in Confined Spaces must undergo Confined Space Training so that they have knowledge of the hazards, risks & safety measures & can prepare themselves to face & handle emergencies in Confined Spaces
- Workers & Supervisors working in Confined Spaces must have a Permit To Work to ensure that they are authorized & allowed to enter & work in Confined Spaces
- Reviewing, identifying & addressing hazards & risks before & when workers work in Confined Spaces must be done routinely & at all times to maintain a safe atmosphere: Lack of oxygen, chemicals, toxic substances, gases, explosive & flammable goods & others
- Using the necessary safety equipment based on the hazards & risks that will occur: PPE, Respiratory Protection Equipment, Protective Clothing, Seat Belts, Ventilation Equipment, Gas Detectors, Remote Monitoring Equipment & others
- Implementing Confined Space Safety Procedures properly: Procedures for entry, procedures for working safely in Confined Spaces & procedures for exit
- Emergency Procedures & Evacuation Procedures must be prepared to ensure that safety measures can be taken when incidents & emergencies occur in Confined Spaces

Chess Games And Leadership

Chess Games And Leadership

Do you know that Chess Games also teach us about Leadership?

Some of the lessons learned when we play Chess Games:

- Strategic Planning: When we think of movements to progress & anticipate opposing movements, the Chess Games taught us to think about & plan strategies to work precisely & strategy to face challenges, commit to strategies & develop actions to adapt to challenges in the future
- Team Management: Chess is a team that has different roles & strengths, so we are taught to recognize & utilize team strengths effectively, position them based on their abilities, improve overall performance & encourage a collaborative work environment
- Planning & Flexibility: When we have some plans to play Chess, we are taught to plan work precisely & be flexible by preparing ourselves to face change
- Patience: The long & slow duration of the Chess Games teaches us to stay patient in our work
- Resilience & Perseverance: When we use many strategies to win the game, Chess Games teach us to maintain resilience & not to give up when we face challenges
- Competitive Awareness: When we study the opponent's movements, Chess Games teach us to analyze the latest competitors & trends
- Learning & Improvement: Whatever the results of the Chess Games – winning or losing – we are taught to learn from victory & defeat so that we can continue to improve our abilities

Chessboard is a company, chess is a team, the player is a leader, winning the game is success & losing in the game is loss!

Chess Games has taught us about companies, harmony in work, leadership, team involvement, self-development, success & losses!
